Captain America Rides Again

Nice helmet In this classic scene from 1979’s Captain America II: Death Too Soon, good ol’ Cap fends off some dogs with his plastic shield and then his motorcycle turns into a hang glider.

Pan’s Labyrinth - The Pale Man

NOT a kids movie At long last, I got around to watching this most excellent movie last night, and here is absolutely one of the creepiest scenes in it. The Pale Man would have me running for the goddamn hills.

Bruce Lee - The Legend Lives On

Chuck Norris, eat your heart out The most interesting aspect of this documentary are the interview segments with people such as Jackie Chan, James Coburn, Van William, and even Lee’s late son, Brandon.

The Chasers - I Am Thesaurus

Goo goo ga joob Parodies of Beatles songs are a dime a dozen, and they are overvauled even at that rate. This one did bring a smile to my face, so check it out and have yourself a laugh.

Space Ghost - The Justice Hole

Show me the hiny! Show me the hiny! “I don’t need no woman, banging on the bathroom door saying, ‘She has to go to the bathroom’ when I’m in the bathroom. It’s MY bathroom.”

Anthony Bourdain Meets Harvey Pekar

Yeah, I can dig it Oh, to have been a fly on the wall at this meeting. Two brilliantly quirky guys who are not afraid to call it like it is. Now, I’ve gotta see the rest of this.

The Muppet Show - Mr Bassman

You set the music thumping I was about four when The Muppet Show first aired and my weeks would revolve around the show. I had a record with this song on it and I totally wore that thing out.

Leonard Cohen - First We Take Manhattan

I am guided “They sentenced me to twenty years of boredom for trying to change the system from within. I’m coming now, I’m coming to reward them. First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin”

Din Daa Daa Redux Edition

Whoop dee damn doo This is something I made today out of random animated gifs because I was bored and just wanted something to do. It doesn’t make any sense at all so don’t try to figure it out.

Red Dwarf - Rimmer Song

He's also a fantastic swimmer “Master of the wit and the repartee, his command of space directives is uncanny. How come he’s such a genius? Don’t ask me! Ask Arnold, Arnold, Arnold Rimmer.”

How To Interview Gary Busey

He is completely nuts This excerpt from a Hunter S. Thompson documentary is so goddamn hilarious to me. Gary Busey is always completely out of his gourd.

Car of Tomorrow

a chuckle-fest Tex Avery toons such as this were great for setting up gag after gag. The pure number of bits he could fit in one short was just astounding.

Rad

totally rad to the max dude It’s going to take a lot more than skill for Cru Jones to conquer the toughest BMX challenge in the world. It’s going to take a miracle.

Kwoon - I Lived on the Moon

Groovy indeed I’ve never heard of the group Kwoon before, but this vid sure is mighty impressive looking and the song sounds pretty damn groovy.

The Monkees - Porpoise Song

They were trying too hard At the start of their first and only movie, the Monkees jump off a bridge and then have psychedelic love with a dolphin lady or something. I have no idea what is going on.

Sealab 2021 - Bizarro

I'm regular Stormy “You likey likey likey likey likey? Bizarro. Bizarro. You can do it; you can do it in the air. Do it, do it in the air.” How can one cartoon be so funny?

The Hawking Paradox

I also felt crushed out of existence afterwords I’ve also been to a place where the fabric of time and space are transformed but it usually involved a whole bunch of booze and illegal substances.

Prince - Batdance

get the funk up Did anyone seriously think this was a good idea at the time? I can distinctly recall Tim Burton saying that he didn’t want his Batman to be campy and then they went and did this.

Voodoo Trombones

Yeah, I can dig it From what I can tell by a quick search (yeah, I’m lazy) this is by the The Voodoo Trombone Quartet and may be a remix or something. I just like the way the music and animation grooves along together.

Toby Radloff - Breakfast Cereal Test

Self-proclaimed Today, let us talk about what America eats for breakfast. The dreaded bowl of cold cereal and the last time you would see a nerd on a Wheaties package.
