A totally typical Rudolf Ising toon from the 30’s that is really almost a stereotype of the animated shorts released at that time. It really is a total formula piece, but somehow it still has a nice look to it. |

This cartoon was apparently one of the very first anime shows to be imported from Japan to the U.S. and dubbed into English. He could breathe underwater because of his special chewing gum….wtf?!?! |
